Well, I finally decided on a new cell phone. I went from the sony ericsson k850I to the LG Eve, a andoid phone. So far I’m liking it. I do miss the camera and sturdy build feel of the song over the eve. However its sure nice to have a full 5 row keypad, GPS and the android market kicks some serious ass.
It was either this or the iphone 3gs. I think I made the right choice.
Stay tuned for a full review and video.
Peas out folks.

i guess this is sort of old news, but i saw Tom Green showing off his items for sale on his show “Tom Greens House Tonight” where they had a nice little Panasonic PV-GS500 for sale which i checked out on ebay and it had only 1 other bid. i eventually outbidded the other player and managed to snatch this cam up for about $350 which is nothing compared to the other ebay auctions for the same camera going anywhere from $700-1200.
if its good enough to make a TV show it should do for me anything i want. I still need to get a firewire card so i can transfer the video, but its all on the way.
in the eBay auction, Tom Green said he would sign the thing, which he never did. it also came with nothing other than the camera so i’ve had to buy a lot of th peripherals … which is a bitch.
o’well, cool videos are soon to come!

April 19th, 2008
i think i’m going to have to sue al gore, i woke up this morning to heavy snow and freezing temperatures… it’s april 19th for christs sake! wtf is going on.
in other news, i just finished watching a interesting movie called “super high me”, basically it was the same concept as “super size me” but using marijuana.
the guy starts out going 30 days without smoking any pot or drinking any alcohol, goes to a doctor, a psychic, a shrink and also performs some SAT tests.
during the movie it goes through his stand-up comedy gig of everyday life but for the 30 days he is smoking weed from sunrise to sun-set. he figures he was only ever sober for a few hours during sleep.
at the end they had some interesting conclusions, the tests were showing that his sperm count was actually up, his SAT scores were higher and his ‘psychic abilities’ (as tested by trying to guess what shape was on a card being held by another person behild a screen) had greatly increased and overall the doctor gave him a clean bill of health. the only concern the doctor had that was if he continued to smoke as he had been doing his lung capacity would be effected (it went from 92% down to 89%) and he could suffer problems from weight gain since he packed on 8 pounds that month.
now this is rather suprising, even for me. if i was smoking that much weed 24/7 for a month i’d certainely think the outcome would be far worse. i suppose this goes to show that a little moderation goes a long way and even when that fails you should be still be able to get by. being that tommorow is 4/20 i thought it was a fitting movie to watch. now, pass me that blunt!
February 20th, 2008
another year has passed, another stone thrown into that deep pond we sometimes like to call life. anyways i have turned 28 today, February 20th. i also share this birthday with Cyndy Crawford, Kurt Cobain and the unfortunate suicide of Hunter S Thompson, one of my own personal heroes.
the celestial world has granted me a gift this evening by creating a lunar eclipse, Nasa and the US Navy have celebrated my birthday by shooting a defunct sattelite out of the sky (read thread below) and i was subject to many birthday wishes, calls and cards.
do i feel older? not at all, for some reason last years 27th birthday seemed to be more of a calamity for me. i’m not exactly sure why, perhaps because it seems to be aiming into the upper end of the 20’s, now i doubt i will be concerned til i am 30, maybe not. who knows.
anyways to celebrate my own birthday i will be doing very little since i am lacking a healthy amount of sleep and for some reason i can’t see this supposed lunar eclipse at all. infact there is no moon at all, perhaps it already happened? who knows.
if anyone saw it, let me know, i’d like to see some pictures.
here is a image of me as a very tiny child. not sure how many years ago this was.
